「賃貸管理士 - 試験対策」(“the App”) is an iOS app provided by zheng weng (“the Developer”) for studying the Residential Property Manager exam. It is designed not to collect personal information. It is unofficial study material, not an app from the exam administrator.
1. Information collected
The App does not collect or send personally identifiable information. There is no account.
- Exam year, study progress, mock-exam records, and study plans stay on your device (SwiftData). They are not sent to the Developer’s server. There is no Developer server.
- Questions and statute text ship inside the app. Opened articles are shown on device.
- There are no ads, analytics, or tracking SDKs.
- The network is used to open public pages (for example the exam council or MLIT) in Safari, and for App Store purchase or restore (StoreKit). The Developer does not relay that traffic.
- Payment details are handled by Apple. The Developer does not receive card numbers or similar data.
2. Device features

The App does not use the camera, microphone, location, contacts, or the photo library.
3. Deleting data
Progress and study plans live on the device. Deleting the app deletes them. A one-time purchase can be brought back with Restore Purchases; progress cannot be restored from the cloud. Calendar events can be deleted in the Calendar app.
