「賃貸管理士 - 試験対策」 is an iOS study app for the Residential Property Manager exam (賃貸不動産経営管理士). You practice against published statute text. The questions are original. Published past exams from the council are included verbatim with written permission. Switch exam year to keep Reiwa 8 and Reiwa 9 statute snapshots and study plans separate. No account is required.

This is unofficial study material. It is not an app from the exam administrator.

Free to use: exam-year switch, statute search, links to published exam booklets, the first 12 number cards, 30 true/false and 30 four-choice questions in section Ho (law), one mock exam, the full study plan and calendar, and optional write-out to the system calendar.

A one-time 680-yen purchase unlocks all six sections, every number card, unlimited mock exams, the missed-question / mastery log, and solving licensed past papers in the app. The unlock is not tied to one exam year. There is no subscription, no ads, and no cloud AI.

Sources are e-Gov statute search and public materials from Japan’s Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. Statute wording is not rewritten.
